Beijing International Symposium on Microelectronics and IC Design Branch Annual Meeting of China Semiconductor Industry Association was solemnly held at Beijing International Conference Center on Oct. 28-29, 2008 which most firms of IC industry chain attended. CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd (HED) attended this exhibition with HUAD group and displayed its core products including smart card chip, WLAN chip and EDA tool.

Smart cards of HED are used in many industries, and HED possesses comprehensive technology
including all peripheral interfaces, for instance, ISO 7816, RF and various security algorithms, etc. Along with the melting trend of market in the future, HED will play the active role to promote the application of the multi-application in a card and multifunction card by virtue of its industrial application experiences.

HED is the first one of the units have been approved to develop WLAN chip with domestic encryption algorithm by Office of State Secret. Meanwhile, the WLAN chips products of HED meeting the national standard concerning wireless LAN have been accepted successfully by the market this year and widely used in Wireless LAN, wireless set-top boxes, ADSL-WLAN, wireless POS machines and other products, and more and more module manufacturers, machine manufacturers have established a good working relationship with HED.

Panda EDA system-Jiutian series is the pride of China EDA industry. The new Jiutian EDA series tool have been improvement by focusing the experience of consumer and the communicating with consumer, which sell well in domestic and overseas markets.

During 2008 IC Design Annual Meeting, LiuWeiping, the manager of CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd was invited to chair the Capital and Entrepreneurship Forum and discussed the problems including funds, products, markets and management and solutions of newly established IC enterprises with the specialist in Venture capital and IC industry.
